Domestic Shipping (UK)
- Standard Delivery: Orders within the UK are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. Standard delivery is free for orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat rate of £3.95 applies.
- Express Delivery: We offer an express delivery option for an additional fee of £5.99, with delivery typically within 2-4 working days.
- Dispatch Times: Orders placed before 4 PM GMT will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM GMT or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
International Shipping
- Availability: We offer international shipping to a variety of countries. Please refer to our shipping calculator at checkout for availability and rates.
- Delivery Times: International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 5-10 working days.
- Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges
- Return Period: You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@essenceempire.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to return your item.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
